Triangle Soil Consulting was founded in 2023 by Justin Milstein. Justin is a NC Licensed Soil Scientist, Registered Environmental Health Specialist and Authorized Onsite Wastewater Evaluator with years of experience in environmental consulting, specializing in on-site wastewater and wetland/surface water delineations. Justin is a graduate of North Carolina State University with B.S. in Plant & Soil Sciences and a Masters degree in Soil Science. He is heavily involved in his local community and profession, currently serving on the Vance Charter School Board and previously serving on the Planning Board for the Town of Stem and Granville County and as the President of the Soil Science Society of North Carolina.
Justin has worked diligently over the years to build great working relationships with state and local agencies. His career working in local government, permitting septic systems, gives him an intricate knowledge of the regulatory framework and the ability to efficiently navigate the nuances of local government.
